
The 2011 Calgary Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival was held over two days in October and hosted over 170 exhibitor booths showcasing an impressive selection of samples and products. This event provides a unique opportunity to explore new products and menus, interact with experts and discover new favourites.
For the second year in a row, Chop Calgary was voted on by attendees as their favourite in the Grand Sample Search from over 40 participating restaurants! The slow braised boneless beef ribs presented by our Chop culinary team were a huge hit which was clear from the line of consumers in front of their booth and sold out samples both nights.
